Terms and Conditions for Canada and USA

We regret that special Terms and Conditions are necessary for customers in Canada and the USA due to the prohibitive fees charged for liability insurance in those countries. All North American customers are asked to read and accept the following statements before ordering any items from us:

1. The Customer indemnifies Highpath Engineering, including its partners and employees, against any claim arising from the manufacture and/or supply of any goods, howsoever caused.
    
2. Any description or illustration contained in Highpath Engineering's catalogs, literature, websites, advertisements or correspondence is intended as a guide only and shall not be treated as a representation or a term or condition of supply.
    
3. The sole and only guarantee relating to items specifically manufactured by Highpath Engineering is to replace any such item which proves defective in materials or manufacture within 12 months of the invoice date, normal wear and tear excluded.
    
4. These Terms and Conditions override any other terms and conditions which may be shown elsewhere.
